Job Title: Group Director, Case Management

Compensation: $118,000 - $150,000

The role involves leading, mentoring, and consulting to advance Case Management strategies. Key responsibilities include executing strategic plans, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing resource utilization, and facilitating efficient patient throughput.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, nursing, or healthcare administration required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of hospital revenue cycle experience and 5 years in hospital Case Management Leadership.
Registered Nurse or LCSW/LMSW license required; Accredited Case Manager (ACM) preferred.
Multi-site hospital case management leadership experience preferred.
