Grand Central Party Rental was started by an event planner in 1999, in a 2,000 square foot warehouse. In 2003, a new division of frame and pole tents was added. Over the next few years the company and inventory continued to grow. Busting at the seams, it was time to find a larger space. In 2005, a 20,000 square foot warehouse was purchased off Myatt Drive in Madison, TN. With the new space, a showroom, offices, and new staff were added. Over the years, the company continued to evolve. In 2009 an event management division was created, which handles all of our marketing, event planning, and book...ings for Historic Rock Castle and Sound Kitchen. In 2010 we opened a new draping division. Grand Central Party Rental is one of Middle Tennessees top rated party rental companies. In the last 15 years, we have hosted over 25,000 events and over 6,000 weddings. We have won several awards, including Wedding Wires Brides Choice in 2010, 2011, and 2012, and Couples Choice in 2015. We are also members of American Rental Association (ARA), TN Wedding & Events Specialist Associations (TWESA), The Pink Bride, Wedding Wire, National Association for Catering and Events, and International Special Events Society. We are continuously adding to our inventory and looking for ways to better serve our customers.
