HR Manager, Operations – Renowned, Global Investment Bank

A global investment bank is seeking a professional and experienced HR Manager focusing on the operational tasks within their HR department.

This is a great opportunity for a mid-senior level HR professional to bring their efficiencies and processes to the role, but who is happy to pitch in wherever needed while reporting to the CHRO.

5-7 years of relevant HR operations experience required

Must be expert in Excel and preferably have a background in finance or legal

$125-150k base DOE discretionary bonus great benefits

MIDTOWN WEST – 4 days in office/1 remote

Hours: 9am-6pm with flexibility

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Managing the day-to-day operational functions of the HR department
• Ensuring employees are trained and compliant with payroll
• Managing their global benefit programs
• Overseeing leave management
• Responsible for the entry and audit of all HR data
• Conducting salary benchmarking and job evaluation
• Serve as the HR point person for all systems
• Back-up the Payroll Manager with processing payroll

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience with Bamboo HR a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and advanced Excel MUST
• Eager and a team player
• Strong leadership and communication skills
