As the Curriculum Coordinator for our Central Willow Kids (children's ministry) team you are able to create, curate, and develop curriculum (2yo - 5th Grade) for use at all of Willow Creek's church campuses. You will ensure that the curriculum is Bible-based, Jesus focused, and inclusive of a diverse audience including racial, cultural, socioeconomic, and religious diversity. Nothing is above or beneath us to serve one another or our Church. The salary range for this position is about $47,000 - $66,000 depending on experience and skill set. Job Responsibilities
Create/curate and develop curriculum for use at all Willow campuses, including large group teaching, small group activities, and monthly resources primarily utilizing resources received/purchased (currently from Orange) with adjustments made as needed to fit our context
Contribute to healthy teamwork on the central Willow Kids team to oversee the creation and development of curriculum that contributes to the overall health of an effective weekend experience for kids
Develop feedback loops with campuses to ensure that content continues to be effective to the established goals and values set out in Willow Kids including, but not limited to the values of inclusion and diversity
Collaborate with ministry teams outside of NextGen to create and resource kid's ministry components within holistic church initiatives
Conduct rotating site visits to campuses (1 per weekend) to identify brights spots to replicate, barriers to address, and opportunities to innovate

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent ministry experience
2 years experience developing curriculum in a multi site model preferred
Multi-cultural background and experience is highly desired
Prior experience working on a high functioning team
