Your Role This is a versatile role in process assessment, application development, and deployment of Endpoint Management (Desktop Management) services for 17,000 endpoints (Windows, Mac and mobile Devices). Under the supervision of the Endpoint Systems Manager, the Endpoint Administrator II will participate in the troubleshooting and operation of the enterprise’s Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager environment and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (aka Intune), application packaging and deployment, OSD development and deployment, and GPO maintenance for endpoints and applications. Candidates must be able to work with a team, yet still be able to complete multiple, concurrent, and complex tasks with minimal or no supervision. This role requires excellent communication skills, both with team members and business contacts at different levels. What You Will Do Design/Maintain Modern Device Management Policies Design/Maintain GPO Configurations Design/Maintain Login Scripts Design/Maintain Operating System Configurations via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Manager (aka Intune) Develop and Distribute Complex Application Packages via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Microsoft Endpoint Manager and PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit Facilitate and participate in Change Management Process Troubleshoot Software and Hardware Problems with Standard Configurations Direct & Indirect Team Member Coaching and Leading Your Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems plus minimum of 5 years of IT related experience or an Associate degree with 8 years of IT related experience 3 years of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager experience required (Software Packaging/Deployment, Reporting, Configuration, Endpoint Management) 3 years of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (aka Intune) experience required (Software Packaging/Deployment, Reporting, Configuration, Endpoint Management) 3 years of Operating System Deployment via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager 2 years of Operating System Provisioning via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (aka Intune) 2 years of GPO Development and Maintenance Window Patch Management via Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, WSUS, PatchMyPC Tier 2/3 support experience in an Enterprise Desktop Environment 2 years Direct & Indirect Team Coaching and Leading Excellent troubleshooting skills and solution development skills Comfortable working within a change and release management system Professional with a “Customer Service” attitude Microsoft Certified IT Professional ITILv3 Foundations Certification a plus *The base salary will be estimated between $113k - $138k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
