We provide consultations to help you design a new network or assess an existing one. We maintained the largest optical network operated by KMC Telecom (acquired by Level 3) located in Hampton Roads, Virginia, as well as their complete Maryland network. We have years of experience as the primary maintenance technicians on the Hampton Roads Cox Metropolitan Area Network which is one of the largest in the nation. We have extensive experience as a Traffic Management System contractor, and are regarded as the premier contractor in the installation of this type of system. We provided the install...ation of the State Highway TMS involving an extensive fiber optic system throughout the Hampton Roads area. We have mapped complete systems including generation of block, 1-Line, and splice diagrams for the largest project ever awarded to a single contractor in the history of the Virginia Commonwealth, and were tasked to complete the installation and certification as well, all based on references from previous customers. Genesis does little advertisement. We maintain our operations solely on recommendations from previous and current customers to organizations requiring only top quality service in the fiber optic field. Since forming Genesis Fiber Optic Splicing, Inc in September of 2004, we have become the primary maintenance contractor for nearly every customer we have worked for.
