  • $20/Hour (The Guest Service Representative position has a pay scale that consists of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of between 17 and 24)
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (with a 30 minute lunch)
Sample Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate Include:
  • Welcome Guests & Schedule Appointments (on phone and in person)
  • Maintaining appearance of lobby
  • Support teammates in all aspects of Customer Service
  • Variety of Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements of the Customer Service Associate position:
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish
  • Computer/Typing Abilities
  • Polished telephone and email abilities
  • Hard Working, High Energy, Friendly
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
  • Complete tasks with efficiently and accurately
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently
  • Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
