About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a front-line customer service associate. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our guests, handling phone and online orders, and working at the counter stations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Work all counter stations
- Assist guests in making menu selection, review specials, handle club cards, and participate in add-on sales
- Wrap pizzas properly and present order to guest
- Follow proper cash, check, credit card and food stamp transactions
- Ring up order and follow proper cash handling techniques
