We are looking for a self-motivated, creative individual who has Kitchen and Bath design experience that can immediately fit in with our culture and employee ownership goals. While collaborating with our outside representatives, you'll work closely with customers and homeowners, guiding them through the selection and design process. Job Requirements and Duties:

• Kitchen Design and Sales experience
• Kitchen Installation experience
• Proficiency in using 2020
• Knowledge of construction sales and processes
• Ability to read and understand building blueprints
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Job site/field measuring
• Customer follow-up and CRM tracking
• Adobe and Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
