**Investor Relations Sales Associate**

at First National Realty Partners Suffolk County, NY Fast-growing, process driven Private Equity Real Estate Company is looking for elite level Sales Associates to join our fast-growing organization.

This role's duties will include communicating directly, on a daily basis, with our equity partners both current and potential. You need to be highly organized, a skilled communicator, agile, and a self-starter with a passion for exceeding goals and meeting strict deadlines.

**Essential Roles and Responsibilities:**

* Manage relationships within our investor base; implement strategic plans to ensure partner retention

* Proactively engage with investors and provide updates, guidance, and various analysis on investment opportunities

* Identify opportunities to increase repeat investor engagements as well as identify new investors

* Follow up with partners to keep them informed of new deals, regulations, tax benefits and industry developments in an effort to help them achieve their financial goals

* Proactively solicit investor feedback regarding investment opportunities and our services to better develop our platform

* Work with internal functional teams to ensure that all investor requests/inquiries are managed appropriately

* Maintain and communicate accurate records regarding investor activities

* Stay abreast of the marketplace and industry trends

* Build consultative partnerships and act as a trusted advisor

* Manage and track investor pipeline

* Handle highly sensitive documents and manage/track their flow

* Streamline processes and work to achieve efficiency across the department

* Work in multiple programs onboarding investors

* Assist during quarterly distribution cycles

* Perform other duties as assigned

**Required Skills, Experience, Education:**

* 5 years of experience in the Financial Industry and/or Private Equity experience a plus

* Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals

* Understanding B2I (Business to Investor) transaction platform

* Understanding of the investment process to a targeted demographic of high-net-worth individuals

* Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate with a focus on Grocery Anchored Retail Centers (is a plus)

* Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way to a diverse audience

* Quick learner with aptitude for technology

* An articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses strong customer-facing skills

* Ability to exercise considerable judgment, maintain confidentiality, and act in a diplomatic manner

* A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision

* Experience with or ability to understand financial markets
