The Revenue Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in forging synergies across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams. Your responsibilities will encompass accurate reporting, data analysis, and imparting direct influence on the organization's success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
These duties include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Conduct comprehensive tracking, reporting and analysis of data across Sales, Marketing, Client Success and Finance, leveraging insights to drive strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with department executives to prepare monthly and quarterly decks.
- Maintain alignment among sales, marketing, client success and finance through monthly one-on-ones with key leaders, tracking process improvements and status updates.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports that provide critical data and insights to all departments.
- Create ad-hoc presentation materials for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Be an advocate for data accuracy for reliable financial reporting and promote consistent adherence to all revenue-generating processes.
Skills/Professional Experience
These qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
- A BA/BS in Business, Data Analytics or an equivalent field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant RevOps, Sales Ops, or Operations role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, complemented by effective project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to enhance and refine processes across teams, delivering impactful recommendations grounded in data analysis and historical trends.
- Consistent performance in meeting deadlines, self-management, and prioritization of projects that align with corporate objectives.
- Proactive communication skills and the ability to stay current with RevOps best practices and solutions.
- A clear understanding of Year-To-Date (YTD) performance, goal achievement, and the skill to generate ad-hoc reporting.
