**Salary: 25,000.00 - 28,000.00 bonus**

Being an Assistant Manager with Farmhouse Inns is about delivering an exceptional experience to our customers in some of the largest and most complex food sites in Greene King, offering hearty breakfasts, signature carvery and, of course, our homemade cakes! As an Assistant Manager, you are an invaluable support and will be responsible for driving sales, promoting and growing the business, as well as developing & motivating your front of house team.

Our Assistant Managers come from many different backgrounds. Perhaps you are already a successful Assistant Manager in hospitality, retail or other fast paced industry, or an established team leader ready for the next step.

**About the role**

Rose Tree Farm is a Farmhouse Inn venue. We are a smaller size Farmhouse Inn with Carvery, Main Menu and Cakes. The Pub has a large team circa 50 people and there is bags of enthusiasm and commitment for the right candidate to work with and develop.

The next Assistant Manager will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working in a busy and demanding business, be able to pull the constituent parts together to ensure all aspects of the operation are running smoothly, Display high standards and a real passion for looking after customers and their team.

We are looking for a strong TL ready for the next step in your career or an Assistant Manager that is looking for a fresh challenge to help us build the business
