What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Hand position at Hott Tree Farm?
New hires start off on 90 day probationary period after which a raise will be offered if the work is satisfactory and the employee will then be eligible for paid holidays.
No direct experience required.
Farm hands are responsible for, among other things, loading /unloading trailers, shifting trees, weed eating, pulling weeds, trimming trees etc.
All positions include working outdoors in hot and cold weather and require being on your feet most of the day.
Pay rate will be determined based on experience and abilities.
