Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior management team, as well as assist with day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the apparel industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior management team, including scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
  • Manage calendars and schedules for executives, ensuring that all appointments and deadlines are met.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams within the company to ensure that projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for the company's financial and administrative processes.
  • Pick up executive coffee, arrange lunch orders, other personal tasks as assigned.
  • Reconcile credit card statements, matching receipts to line items on billing statements.
  • Prepare shipments (large volume - daily) to key personnel, customers, showrooms, etc.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred; preference to candidates graduating from apparel, merchandising, product development programs.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the apparel industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination a plus.
