Evergreen Design-Build provides construction services in Emporia and the surrounding area. We believe in serving our customers and will travel as needed to help meet their needs. We construct commercial, industrial, warehouses, retail, and medical facilities. Our focus is pre-engineered metal buildings, and sell Butler buildings. We can also provide development services for our customers where we will provide a design-build-lease scenario with various options. Evergreen was founded in 2010, by the late John Mallon, and his son Justin Mallon. John owned and operated a similar company since 1980..., which Justin grew up in, inspiring Justin to continue in his fathers legacy.
