RN COSMETIC INJECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cosmetic Injector position.

Working collaboratively and independently to develop and grow your book of business is required for this position. Organization, multi-tasking, and a passion for learning are necessary to be successful.

Responsibilities:

This position is at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. You will provide patient care and treatment plans, which include, but are not limited to, neurotoxin and dermal filler injections.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Provide and build your book of business
• A drive to exceed sales quotas each month/quarter/year
• Ability to cross-sell products and recommend additional services while rendering treatments
• Commitment to learning and following all company policies, procedures, and aspects of patient care, with a strong passion for demonstrating and promoting company culture
• Proven experience building and maintaining customer relationships
• Recognize patient needs and create customized plans
• Confidence in patient education for post-treatment and long-term care to achieve the best results
• Educating patients in skincare treatments, post-treatment instructions and developing an ongoing individualized treatment plan
• Follow up with all patients and ensure they are provided information on new treatments and products available to achieve optimal outcomes Document all patient services and communication per company protocol
• Keep accurate and organized inventory in treatment rooms
• Adhere to Arizona Board of Nursing regulations

Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, environmental awareness, and strong organizational skills are required in this position. You must be willing to take direction and instruction for assigned tasks with a positive attitude and implement those tasks effectively. You must be willing to take constructive feedback and actively work towards establishing and meeting goals.

Patient Communication: The ability to communicate and educate patients with confidence during all aspects of their treatments is required of all our practitioners. You should be able to empathize with the patient's needs and concerns, demonstrating compassion and warmth. Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they are provided information on new treatments and products available to achieve optimal outcomes.

Leadership: The ability to work independently, demonstrating flexibility and confidence, is paramount in our Medical Spa. Exhibiting a demonstrated passion for the medical spa industry and for the company.

Electronic Medical Records: You should have knowledge of systems that contain patient records, scheduling systems, and processes, including MindBody and RxPhoto. Experience with these systems or a similar EMR is preferred.

Qualifications and experience are required with the following:

• Must have at minimum 2 years of experience as a Cosmetic Nurse Injector.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Must be licensed by the State of Arizona as a Registered Nurse.

Service Experience Required:

• Allergan Cosmetic injectables
• Merz Cosmetic injectables
• Galderma Cosmetic injectables
• Skincare examination and treatment planning
• Skincare product recommendations and sales
• IV and Vitamin injection and administration experience

Retail Knowledge Required:

• SkinMedica® product knowledge
• EltaMD® product knowledge

The right candidate will exceed performance and sales goals with a commitment to increasing personal income by actively providing and building a book of business. Sales goals are determined on an ongoing basis with the Office Manager.

*Part-time to full-time hours, potential to work 1–2 Saturdays/month, possibly a few later evenings several times per month, depending on business needs.

Salary is commensurate with experience and certifications, and additional compensation structures are available upon acceptance of the job position. The position is offered at a base hourly rate. Commission on services and products is provided and will be addressed further upon acceptance of the position.
