Big Air Trampoline Park is an exciting and adventurous place where people of all ages come to jump, play and have fun. As an employee in a trampoline park, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all visitors. Position: Big Air Court Monitor Job Summary: The Court Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety of all visitors to the trampoline park while providing exceptional customer service. This includes monitoring activity on the trampolines, enforcing safety rules and regulations, and assisting with park operations as required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor trampoline areas to ensure visitor safety and adherence to park rules
Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors
Assist with park operations, including check-in, guest services, and cleaning/maintenance tasks
Respond quickly and effectively to any safety concerns or incidents that may arise
Provide exceptional customer service to all park visitors
Participate in training sessions and meetings as required
Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate to heavy objects for extended periods of time
Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, twisting, and reaching
Working Conditions:
Work is primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment
May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
