Urban Air Adventure Park in Bellingham, MA is the premier destination for family entertainment, featuring everything from our Sky Rider zip line and climbing structures to obstacle courses, trampolines, an arcade, and a bustling cafe.

We’re hiring energetic, friendly team members to help us deliver incredible guest experiences. No prior experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training—all you need to bring is a positive attitude and a great work ethic.

Available Roles

• Attraction & Court Crew: Energetic monitors who manage flow, encourage safe play, and supervise high-flying attractions like trampolines and ropes courses.
• Birthday Party Hosts: The life of the party! You'll run guest-of-honor celebrations, manage room schedules, and make birthdays truly memorable.
• Front Desk & Check-In: The main welcoming team! You'll greet arriving families, register guests, handle ticketing, and kick off their visit with great customer service.
• Cafe Staff: Keep our guests refreshed and energized by preparing food, serving drinks, and keeping the cafe area spotless.
• Shift Leads & Floor Managers: Experienced leaders who can direct daily operations, coach staff members, and keep park traffic running smoothly. In need of a cafe manager!

Core Responsibilities

• Prioritize Guest Safety: Vigilantly monitor play areas, keep equipment clean, and uphold strict safety protocols across the entire park.
• Create Exceptional Experiences: Deliver warm, proactive service that delights kids and parents alike.
• Keep the Energy High: Stay upbeat, communicate clearly with guests of all ages, and actively assist families as they explore.
• Maintain Dependability: Arrive on time and ready to perform, particularly during key operational hours (evenings, weekends, and peak periods).

Candidate Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old. (Applicants 18 are strongly encouraged to apply!)
• Key Skills: Enthusiastic personality, comfortable talking to guests, and a strong work ethic.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, peak evening shifts, and holidays.
• Preferred Experience: Prior background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or food service/cash handling is a plus.
• Leadership Background: Previous experience managing shifts, supervising peers, or leading teams is highly valued for supervisory roles.
