Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Georgia Eye Institute in Savannah, GA. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. They will also oversee benefits administration, HR records, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Experience with benefits management and administration
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
