We are seeking an individual to join our team! We are a Woman Owned business. Alliance Insurance Agency has been open since July of 2006. We are an Insurance Broker that represents over 75 carriers in all forms of insurance including: Auto, Home, Renters, Motorcycle, Individual Health Insurance, Group Health Benefits, Commercial Auto, Workers Comp Insurance, Business Owners and Medicare Advantage plans. . We strive on Excellent customer service. We want our clients to become our raving FANS.
Alliance Insurance Agency is looking for someone with a GREAT ATTITUDE, WILLINGNESS TO LEARN and expand your knowledge in the insurance business!
You will be responsible for:

• Handling the phones
• Scanning documents
• Assisting the other team members in completing tasks given
• Entering information into our Management system and Insurance rating system
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Qualifications:
•Speaks English and Spanish required
Experience with Word and Excel documents
•Preferably Insurance experience in Property and Casualty Insurance but if not will train
•Ability to build rapport with clients
•Works well with others and can handle constructive criticism
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to prioritize and multitask
•Self motivated follows through on tasks given
•Great attitude
