Supervise employees in the field service areas, to include managing workload, location, timecards, and vehicle maintenance.

Ensure positive customer relations by determining customer service needs and effectively and efficiently resolving customer inquiries.

Conduct daily reporting through SAP and Salesforce to ensure technicians and leadership are informed and discrepancies are identified.

Oversee fleet deliveries and review maintenance requirements according to customer and manufacturing specifications.

Coordinate with quality and warranty teams on procedures for parts and payment.

Responsible for quality inspections and vehicle evaluations for customer reviews.

Train and educate customers on TSV product features, warranty claims, and process procedures.

Direct and conduct preventative maintenance on company vehicles.

Act as liaison to sales staff and assist sales personnel on service-related customer requirements.

Assist in demos and sales proposals when requested.

**Qualifications**

Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, operations, or another relevant program required

Years of Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience required

Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce and SAP preferred
