Responsibilities:

*Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. *Efficiently check customers in and out of our services, ensuring a seamless experience. *Respond promptly and courteously to customer emails, addressing inquiries and concerns. *Handle incoming phone calls professionally, providing assistance and information as needed. *Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.

Requirements:

*Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. *Excellent attendance and punctuality are a must. *Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and thrive in a dynamic environment. *Strong communication skills and the ability to initiate conversations with pet parents. *Flexibility to work one of the following shifts: *Friday: Approximately 8am to 1pm & Saturday: Approximately 9am to 4pm *OR Sunday: Approximately 10am to 3pm & Monday: Approximately 8am to 1pm *Possibility of an additional third day *Availability for approximately 10-14 hours per week.
