Description
Position Purpose:
This individual will assist the Digital Content Supervisor/team in department administration, distribution of project/task content, research, tracking of projects/tasks to their completion, and clear and concise communication with other departments.
Essential Duties:
- Assign tasks to Digital Technologies team members and manage project deadlines and updates with requestors.
- Ensure that all tasks are documented and completed upon due dates established by management and negotiated by Coordinator with requesting department.
- Document and organize Digital Technologies team policies and processes so they can be easily found and utilized.
- Assist in generating project efficiency reports, using software tracking tools.
- Provide support to or locate the department responsible for the support needed for both local and remote Digital Technologies team members, including, but not limited to, troubleshooting, technical support, video/audio file sharing, and identifying best practices for digital asset management.
- Liaison with other departments, attend scope meetings to acquire context, and enforce deadlines.
- Fulfill administrative tasks such as providing team meeting notes, sharing reports, updatingthe task management system, and ensuring all assets provided meet required specifications.
- Manage all ticketing systems for Digital Technologies web requests, including, but not limited to moving ticket information to the task management platform and seeing it through completion.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic technology skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, detail orientated, and a goodunderstanding of digital file sharing.
- Able to learn quickly, teach others, and give efficient presentations.
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of website layout and navigation.
- Friendly and positive disposition.
- Must be a self-starter, self-directed, and able to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing requests as they are submitted.
- Must be able to work closely with management and other team members on accomplishing tasks.
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- High school diploma is required; additional certifications and/or some college preferred.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate preferred.
- Must pass all required checks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional work environment.
- Working knowledge of the following software programs is desirable WordPress, Elementor, Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint, Google Docs, Smartsheets, and task management systems such as Monday.com.
- Customer service and/or ministry experience is preferred.
- Experience in a team and/or digital work environment preferred.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
