We're looking for a property/project manager. This team member will be responsible for managing the remodeling of homes throughout several FL counties along the East Coast. We buy and sell properties from Broward County to Brevard County. Primary responsibility will be managing up to 7-8 remodels at once. Working with contractors. Ensuring projects are done within budget and on time and making sure properties are safe and secure. Additionally, this team member will make sure that properties are ready for sale.Compensation:
$38,000 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Work with contractors to secure bidsMaintain communication with contractors throughout the project durationEnsure that properties are maintained and kept up to codeManage budgets and ensure that projects are completed on timeMaintain accurate bookkeeping and documentationInitiate and terminate utilities at propertiesPrepare properties for sale by working with staging companiesHelp secure materials for projectsCommunicate with the bookkeeper and other members of the teamReview reports, contracts, and relevant paperwork

We have been doing so since 2004 and have purchased and sold hundreds of homes. The homes we purchase are typically below market value. We close fast, buy homes in "as is" condition, and can buy an unlimited amount of properties if they fit our criteria.
We market heavily in Broward, Palm Beach Martin, Saint Lucie, Indian River, and Brevard Counties. A great attitude and a penchant for empathy are a must.
