Position: Member Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
? Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to members in-person, over the
phone, and via digital channels.
? Process transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and
account inquiries.
? Educate members on our products and services to help them make informed financial
decisions. Including opening new accounts.
? Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services that meet members' needs and
enhance their financial well-being.
? Resolve member inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a
positive experience with every interaction.
? Adhere to regulatory compliance and security procedures to safeguard members'
confidential information and mitigate risk.
? Assist with back-office processing.
? Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
? Prior customer service experience in a financial institution or related field is desirable.
? Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and empathize with
members' needs.
? Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in computer applications and technology, including Microsoft Office.
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team
members to achieve common goals.
