We're looking for a talented Medical Office Assistant to join our busy Physical Therapy and Hand Therapy team.

Compensation:

$29,000

Responsibilities:

This team member will be trusted with duties including managing clerical tasks at a medical clinic, responding to messages from patients, scheduling appointments, providing customer service to patients, and transcribing.

Qualifications:

Job Qualifications for a Medical Office Assistant:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a medical office setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
