We're looking for a talented Medical Office Assistant to join our busy Physical Therapy and Hand Therapy team.
Compensation:$29,000
Responsibilities:This team member will be trusted with duties including managing clerical tasks at a medical clinic, responding to messages from patients, scheduling appointments, providing customer service to patients, and transcribing.
Qualifications:Job Qualifications for a Medical Office Assistant:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
