We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals recovering from surgery, injury, or chronic conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that reduce pain, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment strategies
- Deliver hands-on care and exercise-based therapy to restore function and mobility
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and prevention techniques
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team
- Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy treatments
