Round Man Brewing Co. is a destination brewpub in Northern Wisconsin, Spooner specifically, offering unique eats, creative drinks, fresh brews, and a next-level guest experience. We opened five years ago and have known nothing but growth ever since. As we continue to expand our operation, we're looking to add a new family member to the mix.

This position entails a number of responsibilities including:

Team Management

Experience and education are important, but I won't bore you or waste your time by spelling out exactly what's needed. If you know the job, then you know what it takes. Attitude and work ethic are what we buy in to. Five years ago when we built this place, we didn't really know a thing about what we were doing, now we do it pretty damn well. Every skill can be taught, trained, and learned, but I can't train you to care.

Of course, salary is important in all things we do, we love our work, but we like fast cars and nice steaks too. We're placing the entry wage of this position $62,400/yr, this can be negotiated depending on the individual. Should you process the qualification of multi-venue operation, a significant opportunity exists for additional earnings. You'll have plenty of room to grow in our organization, bonuses will be available for achieving goals that can be discussed upon hire. Relocation support can be discussed, currently, we hold a 3 bedroom rural rental that is vacant.

Ideal Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Culinary Arts
• 3 years of kitchen experience
• Experience in leading and supervising junior chefs
• Experience working within budget constraints
