Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to take on the role of Household Manager and Executive Assistant for our busy household. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the household and supporting the needs of the family and executives in both personal and professional capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage household schedules, including coordinating appointments, events, and travel arrangements for the family and executives
- Serve as the point of contact for all household vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Manage household budgets and expenses, including oversight of household staff and managing household accounts
- Plan and execute events and parties hosted by the family and executives
- Coordinate and manage household projects, including renovations and maintenance
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, managing emails, and arranging meetings
- Assist with personal tasks, such as booking personal appointments, running errands, and managing personal finances
- Provide support for executive tasks, including conducting research, creating reports, and managing projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience as a household manager or executive assistant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
