Advantage Plumbing & Sewer Co., Elgin IL, a division of Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electric, is currently looking to add a permits/dispatch associate to our growing plumbing division. Applicants should be highly motivated, reliable, and have great communication skills.
Pay Range: $18-$22 per hour

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Book & process appointments (includes inspection and repairs)
Complete permit applications in a timely fashion
Scheduling inspections with villages
Use phone or computer to send crews, vehicles, or other field units to appropriate locations
Vehicle tracking
Monitoring plumbers and reporting any deviations that may disrupt the set schedule or flow
Qualifications and skills:
1-2 years in a dispatch environment recommended
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Familiar with Excel, Word, Teams, and other MS Office programs
Knowledge of the greater Chicagoland area as well as surrounding suburbs
Data entry
