Client Engagement: Develop meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and delivering personalized solutions.

Sales Support: Assist clients in determining the most suitable insurance coverage and policies to meet their individual needs.

Policy Management: Manage and adjust policies as per clients' evolving requirements and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

Networking: Build a strong network within the community to expand client base and enhance business opportunities.

Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and changes, continuously enhancing knowledge and expertise to better serve clients.

Licensing: Active Florida insurance license required. 220 OR 440Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field desirable.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Client-Centered: Strong focus on exceeding client expectations and building trust.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a traditional office environment.Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve collective goals.Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance software and digital tools.
