Role Description

We are seeking experienced, licensed Florida real estate agents to join our brokerage as independent contractors. This hybrid opportunity combines flexibility to work remotely with access to office space in Winter Park. Local availability is required for showings, client appointments, and in-person collaboration.

Agents will represent buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities include generating new business, listing and marketing properties, conducting showings, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating inspections, appraisals, and closings.

Agents are responsible for generating and managing their own leads. Brokerage-provided leads are not currently offered.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license

• Prior experience as a practicing real estate agent; this opportunity is intended for experienced agents

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and manage transactions

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage appointments, deadlines, and follow-up

• Proficiency with real estate listing platforms, transaction tools, and CRM systems

• Knowledge of Winter Park and the greater Orlando real estate market preferred

• Reliable transportation for local showings and appointments

• Commitment to ethical practices and compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations

Compensation & Engagement

This is an independent contractor opportunity with commission-only compensation. No base salary or hourly pay is provided. Commission arrangements and any applicable brokerage fees will be reviewed during the introductory conversation.
