Position: Custom Digital Print Production, Inventory, & more

Location: Saratoga Springs, NY

About the Role:

As our Custom Print Production and Inventory Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our mission to revolutionize learning spaces. Working closely with one of our team members, who handles kitting and Amazon order fulfillment, you'll lead our custom print production efforts on Large Format Digital Printers, handling printing, laminating, mounting, and cutting. You will also be in charge of keeping track of inventory in our warehouse and storage units. We also do a handful of School Installations in the Capital District and throughout Upstate NY. We'd love if this new team member would be willing and able to assist with installations, which involves carrying supplies into the school, prepping surfaces, and holding material in place will our installers secure the film into place.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Custom Print Production, which include File Setup on Adobe Illustrator, printing, lamination, and cutting. Ensuring high-quality prints for our clients.
• Manage inventory, keeping track of stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Assist with order fulfillment alongside our other in-office team member, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Contribute to regional installations, helping install boards at local schools.
• Utilize your skills in areas like social media, email marketing, or customer support to further our brand and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Technologically savvy, comfortable with multiple online systems.
• Ability to learn Adobe Illustrator and our Printing Software
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keen attention to detail, particularly vital for digital printing and laminating.
• Quick to learn new skills
• Additional skills in social media, email marketing, or customer support are highly valued.
• A team player who's also able to work independently and take initiative.
