Responsibilities:

1. Infusion Therapy: Insertion of peripheral IVs and administration of a variety of intravenous medications and therapies to patients in their homes, ensuring accurate dosages and safe administration.
2. Patient-Centered Care: Provide personalized care to patients, focusing on their individual needs, comfort, and well-being throughout the infusion process.
3. Assessment and Monitoring: Conduct thorough assessments before and during infusions, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions and taking prompt action as needed.
4. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures, potential side effects, and proper care to promote patient understanding and compliance.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, infusion therapies administered, and any relevant observations.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].
