Creative Theory Agency is Hiring a Project Manager Near Washington, DC

As the Project Manager, you have the responsibility for the planning, managing, and executing of projects to ensure a flawless delivery and optimal results. Ideally, you've already demonstrated the ability to execute against multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, work environment. Additionally, you're highly motivated, have no problem rolling up your sleeves, and have a collaborative mindset with a passion for producing excellence for every project.

*We're looking for a Project Manager Sr. Project Manager (2 roles)

**Currently, we are considering Washington Metro Area (DMV) candidates ONLY.**

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Establish and communicate project strategy, priorities & deliverables to cross-functional teams to gain resources and support
  • Develop and maintain all project-related documentation (project scope, project timelines, budget, etc.)
  • Monitor project progress and handles any complex issues that arise
  • Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time, on strategy and budget
  • Schedule and facilitate project status & kickoff meetings
  • Work closely with account directors & managers to fully understand project goals and objectives to establish strategic project plans that will achieve successful results 

The Value You’ll Bring

  • 3 years of experience in a project management role in the (preferred, not required) creative marketing/advertising space
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of urgency & follow-through
  • Extremely organized & able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
  • Proven relationship builder across client & internal teams
  • PM certification is not required, but definitely a plus
  • Strong knowledge of PM processes and workflow
  • Proficiency with Click Up (or similar PM tool) 
  • Extremely organized & able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
