Reporting directly to the IT Director, the Systems Admin will be responsible for assisting users with any technology related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide IT assistance for operating systems, software and various applications used internally
• Manage network security - add, move, change security rights
• Set up, maintain and troubleshoot all computers, laptops, handhelds, printers, etc for all end users
• Respond to internal requests for support via email and telephone
• Monitor and test network performance
• Assist in projects and implementations of IT software, infrastructure upgrades, migrations and enhancements
