About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Revenue Operations to join their rapidly scaling revenue and sales organization. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial and driven leader, with a strong background in enterprise sales and a proven track record of success in business. This role is pivotal in owning productivity, process, and execution across revenue-generating functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the sales process and tech stack, ensuring a successful demand generation process, and providing the framework for tracking and analyzing metrics to enable the continuous improvement of the sales and customer success organizations. They will also be tasked with identifying and filling gaps in these functions to ensure that the company exceeds its goals and revenue targets.Applicants for this role should have at least 6 years of revenue operations or similar experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership position at a high-growth B2B SaaS company. Deep experience in implementing sales technology and methodologies is essential, as is the ability to roll out programs and processes across a large team. The role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and clients. Experience in making formal presentations to executive leadership and expertise in the healthcare and/or government market are also key qualifications. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a team-oriented individual who is able to work effectively in a cross-functional setting.
