Job Details Job Location Canon Kip - San Francisco, CA Salary Range $30.85 - $31.74 Hourly Description POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the ECS Director of Healthy Aging, the Data Compliance Specialist will work closely with Healthy Aging and Workforce (kitchen) program teams to ensure that each program has effective systems for data collection, reporting, and data quality management. They will be responsible for delivering accurate, consistent, and timely information to stakeholders both across and outside the agency. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain data collection at three meal service sites by updating, producing, and retrieving weekly registers.
Prepare monthly meal report of all meals served at three sites.
Input all meal data into GetCare Database with accuracy and efficiency.
Collect quarterly meal participant qualification assessments for Home Delivered Meal program and annual renewals with food insecurity assessments for entry.
Enter all new intakes of the Community Services program and two additional meal programs.
Create, maintain, and update filing systems for data files, both physical and electronic.
Attend all meetings as assigned.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Scan, copy, fax, and store documents as needed.
Assist with special projects as assigned.

Minimum 3 years' experience supervising staff.
Ability to use independent judgement.
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Flexibility to work on-call due to emergencies.
Current Driver's License with clean DMV record.
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
OTHER: Must secure finger image screening, annual TB screening, and be fully vaccinated showing proof of COVID vaccination and boosters. Must be able to do some local travel. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs. Will honor and abide by Episcopal Community Services rules and regulations, including confidentiality.
