Hotel Manager
Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest relations, front desk, and night audit.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front desk staff on phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure cleanliness and functionality of hotel facilities.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary guidelines.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain accurate records of hotel operations, including financial transactions, inventory, and employee schedules.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures, night audit, and guest relations.
- Proficient in computer systems and software used in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
