Role Overview
Fitness 1440 is hiring an experienced Personal Trainer with 3 years of hands-on training experience.
You’ll coach members through successful workouts and also help grow your own client business within our community by:
- Calling new members after they join
- Taking new members through their first workouts (so they feel confident, supported, and excited to continue)

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, effective, results-driven coaching
- Conduct fitness assessments and help design training progression
- Call new members to introduce yourself and confirm first-workout details
- Lead new members through their first workouts, ensuring great first impressions
- Track progress and communicate with clients professionally
- Maintain a strong work ethic and contribute positively to the studio culture
Who You Are
- 3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills (especially with new clients)
- Confident coaching and client engagement skills
- Coachable, consistent, and eager to grow within a community-focused gym
- Comfortable helping drive member retention through great onboarding
Requirements
- Valid personal training certification (NASM / ACE / ISSA / NSCA or equivalent)
- Reliable availability for full-time schedule
- Ability to coach in a team/community environment
Compensation
- $25–$35/hr (based on experience and fit)
