Who do we need, and why?
As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll look after our largest client accounts, including some of the most well known names in the Saas, Payments, and Commerce sector.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Experience having worked with and developed an understanding of technical products (API-based or SaaS)
- Strategic Customer empathy, keeping client priorities and positive outcomes in mind at all times. A demonstrated desire to help clients succeed.
- Clear and effective communication cross-functionally with internal teams
- Strong stakeholder management including the ability to overcome objections and build rapport
- Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed.
- Product oriented mindset and the ability to learn the ins and outs of Codat’s products.

Salary band, career framework level
This is an IC4 role. This means that this is a Level 4 individual contributor (non-management) role on our careers framework. The corresponding base salary for this role is $135,000 - $149,000
