Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Account Growth: Develop and execute account plans to achieve year-over-year growth targets within strategic accounts.
- Build Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor, proactively understanding client needs and recommending innovative solutions.
- Generate Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through consistent engagement and strategic outreach.
- Lead Sales Efforts: Develop compelling proposals and statements of work, collaborating with internal teams to win projects.
- Ensure Delivery Excellence: Oversee account operations, keeping delivery teams aligned and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Strategic Account Management: Leverage thought leadership to expand our brand presence within client organizations and uncover new avenues for growth.
- Operational Excellence: Manage account-related administrative tasks, including CRM updates, compliance, and procurement support.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop cross-functional delivery teams to achieve impactful business outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical pre-sales or consultative sales.
- 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.
- 5 years of experience in consultative software solution sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of the financial services/capital markets industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
