**Job Summary**

CMA and Restrictive access handling required. Must be able to work one night a week until 6pm. Active Directory, Windows provisioning, Lotus Notes/Domino client, share drive and database administration. Excellent customer service, proactive, good communicator, responsive to customer needs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Working on a team comprised of a wide variety of experienced IT personnel that provide coverage from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Resolving technical problems and answering queries by telephone or self-service that involve computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.

Performing remote desktop triage and troubleshooting system repair using remote tools.

Maintaining and updating records, database administration, and windows provisioning.

**Experience Needed:**

* **Citizenship:** Must Be a US Citizen

* **Existing Clearance Required:** Active Top Secret SCI with Poly

* Minimum of 6 years related experience.

* Specialized access handling, Active Directory, Windows provisioning,

* Lotus Notes/Domino client,

* Database administration.

* Excellent customer service, proactive, good communicator, responsive to customer needs.
