We are currently seeking a 1st shift Logistics Coordinator for our Managed Transportation Department. We are looking for high-energy candidates with a passion for logistics. Please see below for the job description.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary account coordinator for all contracted transportation needs for assigned clients.
• Dispatching drivers in a small private fleet.
• Communicate with assigned clients on a daily basis in support of client transportation needs.
• Maintain accurate client order information in TMS and/or other operational tools or databases.
• Review and select appropriate carrier routing options for all assigned loads.
• Tender loads electronically to assigned carriers with as much maximum lead time as possible.
• Ensure carriers provide timely pickup and delivery status updates in TMS for all assigned orders.
• Assist in the training of carriers on the use of CLX’s TMS application.
• Initiate claim investigations as appropriate IAW CLX’s claims management SOP.
• Monitor carrier performance, including TMS usage and EDI compliance.
• Serve as the backup Logistics Planner for other accounts if required.
• Support all freight invoice audits and reviews as needed, assist in resolving billing exceptions.
• Compile and publish monthly account service performance reports.
• Support after-hours/weekend operational transportation issues for assigned clients as required.
