Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaning Supervisor to join and lead our team. As a House Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing a team with a goal of providing exceptional cleaning services to homes in the area. Your main goal will be to ensure that all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained in a timely fashion.

Hours are estimated to be 15-35 as we have both 3 and 5 day teams

Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Friday schedule available

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming, washing of surfaces including counters, tables, railings, baseboards

-Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces

-Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces

-Perform floor care duties including vacuuming, mopping and washing of floors

-Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols

-Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

-Communicate effectively with both the team and customers

-Manage necessary paperwork for the scheduled day

Experience:

-Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required

-Knowledge of custodial practices and sanitation standards is a plus

-Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums or steam cleaners is desirable but not required

-Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team or independently on a specific task

-Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
