In this role, you’ll help ensure every tray that comes off the line meets our strict quality standards while keeping your work area clean, organized to ensure a safe working environment and running smoothly. This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.

As a Production Team Member, you’ll help create eco-friendly packaging that makes a real difference. You’ll keep things running smoothly on the production line, make sure every tray meets our quality standards, and keep your space safe and organized. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and perfect for someone who likes to stay busy while working with others.
What You’ll Do
- Perform regular quality checks on finished goods
- Follow PPE requirements - safety glasses, gloves, hair/beard nets/hearing protection
- Remove defective trays to keep production running efficiently.
- Use of non-motorized industrial equipment (training provided).
- Count, sort, and prep products for rework or storage
- Inspect pallets to ensure they meet our shipping requirements
- Complete daily operator reports and other required documentation
- Comply with safety practices and ensure work areas and equipment are always kept clean & free of hazards or contaminants.
