Check out the exciting duties and responsibilities you'll undertake as part of our dynamic team:

• Utilize a variety of carpet cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning agents to ensure that carpets are cleaned according to industry standards and company procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to assess their condition and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and solutions needed to address stains, spots, and damages.
• Take the necessary steps to move furniture and other items out of the way so that you can access the carpets and clean them effectively. We'll provide you with the training you need to ensure proper care and protection of all furniture and belongings during the cleaning process.
• Use pre-treatments and cleaning solutions to remove dirt, debris, and other contaminants from carpets.
• Operate state-of-the-art cleaning equipment, such as truck-mounted or portable steam cleaning machines, to achieve maximum cleaning results. We'll teach you how to monitor and adjust the cleaning equipment settings and water pressure to ensure safety and optimal results.
• Conduct spot cleaning, stain removal, and carpet grooming to give carpets a professional appearance and ensure thorough cleaning.
• Conduct final inspections of carpets to ensure quality standards are met, and perform additional cleaning or touch-ups as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients, understanding their carpet cleaning needs, addressing questions or concerns, and providing recommendations for ongoing carpet maintenance.
• Keep your work area, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized and ensure proper care and maintenance of carpet cleaning equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and protective gear, to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in carpet cleaning techniques and equipment through training and professional development opportunities.

Here are the qualifications we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Don't worry, we won't ask to see your report cards!
• Helpful: Proven experience in carpet cleaning or related field, with knowledge of carpet types, cleaning techniques, and equipment. Bonus points if you can name all the carpet types in under 30 seconds!
• Helpful: Certification or training in carpet cleaning, such as IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) or similar, is a plus. We love a good over-achiever!
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of carpet cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning agents. We promise we won't give you a vacuum cleaner and call it a day.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess carpet condition and determine appropriate cleaning methods. You don't miss a spot, do you?
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and furniture, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time. You're a beast when it comes to heavy lifting!
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if required for off-site jobs. We promise we won't make you ride a unicycle to work.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and use protective gear as needed. Safety first, always!
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. We promise to buy you a pizza party for working on weekends!

Some Basic Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license (we don't want anyone stuck at home!)
• Schedule:9-hour shift (because we believe in work-life balance!)
• Monday to Friday (weekend availability if you want to make big bucks!)
