Claremont Residential LLC. is seeking a Leasing Professional for an apartment community This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
- To show and lease apartments to potential residents with a high degree of customer service
- Completes lease paperwork and collects holding deposit
- Responsible for insuring the “model” apartment and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property
- Must be knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques
- Must be knowledgeable of current market conditions
- Understand and be fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all property amenities
- Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files
- Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information
- Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints with a high degree of customer service
- Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Assist with resident events
- Process invoices

Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, with some Saturday hours required.

Requirements
- College Degree a plus
- 1-2 years’ experience in Property Leasing
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, coworkers, vendors and customers.
