Claremont Residential LLC. is seeking a Leasing Professional for an apartment community This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

• To show and lease apartments to potential residents with a high degree of customer service
• Completes lease paperwork and collects holding deposit
• Responsible for insuring the “model” apartment and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property
• Must be knowledgeable of required telephone and sales techniques
• Must be knowledgeable of current market conditions
• Understand and be fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all property amenities
• Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files
• Efficient and timely processing of all required administrative forms, reports and related information
• Courteous, efficient handling of resident requests and complaints with a high degree of customer service
• Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Assist with resident events
• Process invoices

Schedule: Primarily Monday-Friday, with some Saturday hours required.

Requirements

• College Degree a plus
• 1-2 years’ experience in Property Leasing
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, coworkers, vendors and customers.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
