City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a Part-time Day Porter to join our expanding team. We are Hiring in the following areas:

For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout California, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs.

Schedule: 4 hours only

Sunday from 11:00 am - 3:30 pm. Could move the house down to accommodate.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Wiping down trash receptacles and replacing trash liners
• Trash pickup around the entire parking lot, landscape areas, and dumpster enclosures
• Wall spotting (interior and/or exterior)
• Windowsill cleaning
• De-webbing of building and doorways
• Assisting in light maintenance work
• Restroom care (if applicable as assigned property)
• Sanitizing
• Adhering to all safety rules and procedures
• Maintaining equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean manner and in good working condition
• Reporting illegal dumping or other property issues to Management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Must have reliable transport to work.
• Physically conditioned to handle extensive walking of properties
• Physically capable of performing all job duties including ability to push/ carry supplies weighing up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work independently; self-motivated
• Able to work extra hours and/or changed schedules as needed to fulfill customer requests.
• Clean and neat appearance
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities

All positions for Day Porters are Part-time. The schedule ranges are typically from 18-34 hours a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
