Muscular Moving Men is seeking individuals to join one of the fastest-growing teams in Arizona as a Mover Athlete. Being Muscular involves training your brain just as much as your actual muscles! Here, you'll learn new skills, earn commissions, deliver excellent customer service, and receive tips. There's more! We have a gym on-site, available for you to use before and after shift, or even when you aren't scheduled!
Schedule
Priority will be given to individuals with open availability. Moves are scheduled from Monday through Saturday, typically between 7 AM to 6 PM, with variations. Movers are expected to be available every Saturday during peak season (summer). You will be notified of upcoming shifts as soon as practical.
Daily jobs can last from a couple of hours to as much as 12 or more hours.
Pay Rate
Pay starts at $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Mover Primary Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safe move during packing and transport of our customer's belongings ranging from fragile, large, heavy, and awkward*
• Review work orders and customer special requests with the client to ensure a smooth move
• Assembly and disassembly of our customer's belongings
• Organize, prepare, and clean the moving truck or van after a move
• Ensure no items are missing with coworkers and our customer
• Being a team player, arriving on time, coordinating with your moving team, and supporting your move supervisor

*Special Note: Mover Athletes are required to own an industrial hand truck and toolbox with all tools as a requirement of the position. Tools, toolbox, and industrial hand truck with lock are available for purchase through our Lease-to-Own program (low-cost payroll deduction), if selected for the role. You may also supply your own, subject to approval from Operations.
Mover Requirements & Qualifications

• No experience required, we will train you to be an expert Mover Athlete!
• At least 16 years of age at the time of accepting offer of employment
• Unexpired Driver's license required for drivers
• You must be able to repeatedly lift and carry at least 75 pounds by yourself and 150 pounds with assistance
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills when working with our customers
• Reliability is a key component in selecting our newest team members; being on time is a critical component of this position

Mover Job Summary

• $17.00 after successful completion of training, more for experienced movers
